Who are we?

About Us
To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (f / m / d) to f ocus on Processes, Projects & Digitalization . You will strategically develop and harmonize our HR processes across all sites and contribute to the digital transformation of our HR landscape – including the use of AI-driven approaches.
The position is initially limited to 2 years. A long-term co-operation is aimed at.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze, optimize, and harmonize HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, performance management) across all sites
- Lead and implement HR projects focused on process improvement and digitalization
- Contribute to the introduction of modern, future-oriented HR solutions – including the use of AI-based methods
- Collaborate closely with local HR colleagues and leadership to ensure consistent standards
- Develop and implement best practices and maintain process documentation
- Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts
- Monitor and report relevant HR KPIs to support process control
