Translate hiring needs into compelling job descriptions. Source, engage, and close top talent. Drive hiring excellence while laying the foundation for future HR policies and processes to support growth. Requirements We’re looking for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to multiple HR functions. Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance in Germany, Luxembourg is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A hands-on, problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently. Fluency in English (C2 or native) and German (C1 minimum), French is a plus. Nice-to-Have Qualifications : Experience in fast-growing startups or HealthTech companies. Familiarity with HR software for recruitment (Join). A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
