NSI est un fournisseur de services informatiques à valeur ajoutée (développement d'applications Agile, ERP, infrastructure cloud, services professionnels) pour les secteurs privé et public.

Vous êtes passionné(e) par les processus métier, les solutions IT, et la relation client ? Vous aimez allier conseil, analyse fonctionnelle et implémentation technique dans des environnements dynamiques et collaboratifs ?

Vos principales responsabilités :

En tant que  Business Consultant , vous jouerez un rôle clé entre les équipes métier et technique :

  • Intervenir en phase de  pre-sales  (démos, cadrage, analyse du besoin)
  • Conduire les  ateliers métier  avec les utilisateurs
  • Rédiger les  spécifications fonctionnelles  (user stories, blueprint, BPMN…)
  • Configurer et tester la solution
  • Accompagner les clients dans la  conduite du changement
  • Participer aux phases de  sprint ,  prototypage ,  Go Live  et  support post-lancement
  • Créer les  guides utilisateurs , documentations techniques et supports de formation
  • Assurer une  veille fonctionnelle  sur l’outil, processus et méthodologies

Votre profil :

  • Expérience de  2 à 5 ans  minimum dans un rôle de  Consultant fonctionnel ERP  ou de contrôleur de gestion / comptable impliqué dans un projet ERP
  • Bonne connaissance de  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central  (ex-Navision), en particulier du module  Finance
  • Compréhension des normes comptables et des obligations fiscales locales
  • Maîtrise des outils de modélisation et de documentation fonctionnelle (BPMN, Confluence, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Connaissance de méthodologies telles que  Agile, SureStep...
  • Excellente  communication, autonomie, rigueur  et  sens du service client
  • Maitrise parfaite du  français  et solides connaissances en  anglais
  • Mobile, vous pouvez intervenir sur des projets au  Luxembourg  mais également en  Belgique
  • La certification MB-800 est un atout apprécié
