Avantor sucht nach einem engagierten HR Specialist (m / w / d) für aktive Unterstützung des HR Teams in Deutschland, Begleitung der HR-Prozesse und Mitarbeit an verschiedenen HR-Projekten.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie

• Unterstützung des HR-Teams (HR Business Partners und HR-Assistent) bei administrativen und operativen Aufgaben im Personalbereich
• Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Unterlagen für Betriebsratsanhörungen
• Pflege der digitalen HR-Datenbanken (Workday) für alle Änderungen (Zugänge, Veränderungen usw.)
• Vorbereitung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragszusätzen, Zeugnissen und Referenzen
• Erstellung und Bereitstellung verschiedener HR-Berichte und Dashboards
• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der internen Kommunikation
• Entwicklung, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und -Dokumenten
• Pflege digitaler Personalakten
• Teilnahme am betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement
• Mitarbeit in verschiedenen HR-Projekten
