HR Operations & Legal Specialist (m / f / x)

Skeleton Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Legal Specialist (m / f / x) to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your insights will contribute directly to the success of the overall company!

Your tasks in the net zero journey :

• Advising on Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution. Provide legal advice on a broad range of day-to-day issues.
• Drafting and analyzing employment contracts, internal policies, and other work-related documents;
• Conducting negotiations and resolving disputes related to employment relations;
• Cooperating with external partners in resolving court disputes related to employment
• Representing the company on labor-related matters with government authorities and other external parties.
• Managing and resolving Legal claims related to HR.
• Drafting service contracts and fixed-term agreements with employees and service providers in various countries.
