About the Role

How you will contribute

• Personnel processing including contract and certification management
• Contact person for employees in all personnel-related matters
• Support in the monthly preparation of payroll accounting including control
• Maintenance of the time recording and payroll system
• Support & coordination of recruitment measures including applicant management
• Preparation of personnel-relevant statistics, evaluations & reports
• Support of the personnel management
• Collaboration in national as well as international HR projects
