Responsibilities

Are you studying at a college or university and want to gain your first practical experience in a dynamic, modern and fast-growing tech company? Then you've come to the right place! We are looking for a mandatory intern (all genders) to support our HR Operations team in various activities.

  • Support the HR team in various daily tasks
  • Review our HR ticket system and delegate tickets to the responsible team members
  • Ensure that our personnel and employee files are up to date and that all employee documentation is recorded effectively
  • Serve as an internal contact person for general employment inquiries both personally and via our HR ticket system
  • Be responsible for the timely completion of job references
  • Create employment certificates and other documents on your own responsibility
  • Support our employees with visa processes
  • Be responsible for the accuracy and up to date of our internal leave management system
  • Independently enter data and profiles into our HR system
  • Take on additional responsibilities depending on your individual interests and skills

Requirements

  • Enrolled student at a college or university in the field of business administration, economics, business psychology or a comparable, relevant field with a focus on human resources
  • You are looking for a 6-month mandatory internship as part of your studies.
  • High level of commitment, initiative, enthusiasm and genuine interest in the HR department
  • You are a team player and enjoy working with others, but you can also work independently when it matters most
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a very good understanding of customer service
  • Good general IT skills, especially with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
  • It is important for you to learn, grow and develop in this role

  • Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany

  • Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h / week, 1.112,00€ for a 16h / week and 1.200,00€ for an Intern position.
