Our client, a renowned player in the real estate and financial industry, is seeking for an in house Tax Compliance Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team and operate actively for their structures. Well-established, human-sized organization where everyone is renowned and actively participates in a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and production of tax compliance, including preparing and reviewing VAT, CIT, and corporate tax returns.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, providing accurate and timely tax filings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support tax planning and structuring activities.
  • Assist with tax audits, manage tax reporting for the group, and provide advice on tax-efficient structures.
  • Collaborate with senior management and external advisors on tax-related matters.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of tax filings to regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee the accounts of the senior's and junior's work related to the tax aspect.

Assistant Manager Tax Compliance - Your Profile :

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in tax, finance, or accounting.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate tax, VAT, or tax accounting, ideally within a Big 4 firm, financial institution, or real estate sector.
  • Fluency in English is essential; any additional European language is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international tax regulations, with a solid understanding of VAT and corporate tax compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Assistant Manager Tax Compliance - We offer :

  • They offer a salary based of 80,000€ Gross + discretionary bonus.
