To support our innovative digitalization efforts, we are looking for an IT Administrator (m/f/d) who, in addition to ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, will actively shape and further develop the field of artificial intelligence in particular.

IT Administrator (m/f/d) with a focus on AI development YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administration, support, and further development of our IT system landscape (Microsoft 365, ERP system, network and server infrastructure),
• Development, integration, and maintenance of AI-based solutions to optimize internal processes and support our paperless office,
• Automation of recurring processes (e.g., via AI, workflows, scripting)
• Supporting and advising employees on IT questions, software solutions, and MS Office applications,
• Ensuring data protection, IT security, and compliance,
• Collaboration on digitization and innovation projects as well as independent implementation of sub-projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical: Solid technical expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, Microsoft systems, and software administration. Experience with or strong interest in AI technologies, e.g., machine learning, automation, data processing, and AI-powered assistance tools. Knowledge of project management and the implementation of new technologies. A completed degree (in computer science or similar), training as an IT specialist, or demonstrable professional experience-motivated career changers are also welcome.
