Aufgaben

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead one of our platform teams. This team plays a critical role in shaping and optimizing our internal platforms, focusing on Identity & Access Management (IAM), mailing services, and our backend architecture.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a highly skilled team that defines the technical foundation of our company. The team’s main responsibilities include :

Shaping the backend architecture :

• Providing guidelines and best practices to ensure high-quality and efficient backend development
• Maintaining and evolving our shop monolith to keep it up to date with modern standards
• Developing tooling and boilerplate code to empower other teams to build and manage backend services as easily and efficiently as possible

mailing services :

Identity & Access Management (IAM) :

In this role, you will initially focus on hands-on technical tasks allowing you to gain a deep understanding of our infrastructure and system so that you know the code inside and out. Later, you will also take over managerial tasks and act as the people manager for the team.
