In this diverse role of high impact within our matrix organization we are hiring an energized inclusive and forwardthinking Business Development Manager Premium Label Solutions to join our team for our Premium Label Solutions ( label.averydennison.com) remotely in Germany or The Netherlands with a direct reporting line to our Senior Business Development Manager Premium Solutions .

Your Mission :

• Forge Powerful Connections : Cultivate and nurture relationships with key players in the premium labeling ecosystem including prestigious brands influential design agencies cuttingedge label printing partners and forwardthinking packaging manufacturers. Become a trusted advisor and build a network that empowers you to drive change.
• Ignite Growth & Innovation : Identify and develop exciting new business opportunities guiding innovative packaging projects from conception to completion. Be the architect of groundbreaking solutions that redefine the industry.
• Empower Our Partners : Support the marketing strategies of our Label Printing Partners equipping them with the tools and insights they need to succeed. Become a strategic ally and amplify their impact.
• Inspire & Engage : Plan and host exclusive events for brands and designers showcasing the latest packaging trends and fostering collaboration. Lead local marketing campaigns that captivate and resonate. Be a catalyst for creativity and innovation.
