We are currently looking for a well experienced Game Designer to join our team of designers and work on our live hyper-casual and hybrid-casual games. What you will do : You will create high level feature concepts and pitch them to the team. You will define and scope feature details and tailor them to the product needs. You will work and communicate within a cross-functional team. You will take ownership and share your vision for the game. You will analyze competitors and be in touch with the latest trends in the free-to-play mobile market. You will use our tracking tools to check-in on the performance of the features you have implemented. Who you are : Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Mobile Game Design. You have an understanding and passion for Hyper Casual and Hybrid Casual Games. Feature Design. Advanced experience in concepting cohesive features, showing a deep understanding of game systems and their effect on game balance. Nice to have : Expertise in prototyping and ideation with a focus on (Hyper Casual) Game Mechanics. Proactivity. You are able to work self-sufficiently and get feedback from your peers and stakeholders.
