Your Mission

• Represent the customer throughout hardware, software, and service solution development, ensuring a user-centric approach in the solution development and delivery process in product, workflow, and training design.
• Support Product Management and Engineering to strategically prioritize hardware user requirements within a product development and testing process.
• Conduct market and ethnographic research and contextual design investigations to developing actionable insights and translate them into opportunity areas.
• Improve frameworks for gathering, managing and integrating customer and user feedback into the development process of solutions / product roadmaps.
• Collaborate on Cross-functional UX and CX projects to identify and implement measures that enhance our customer experience.
• Demonstrate excellent presentation and storytelling skills, including the ability to deliver compelling board presentations & bring research to life (e.g. through personas, customer journeys, service models etc.).
