Your tasks
- Central point of contact with interface function for our sales force and our national and international customers in the EMEA region
- Telephone consultation and administrative support for our customers, partners, and prospects, including presales consultation and aftersales support
- Independently developing, processing, and following up on inquiries, quotations, and loan items
- Checking incoming orders, monitoring deadlines, and coordinating delivery times with interface functions
- Maintaining customer master data in the merchandise management system and CRM system
- Taking over lead, quotation, and opportunity management in the CRM system
