This position is part of the global Food & Beverage Team

Technical Support and Field Engineer

Location : (Europe) Whether working from home or on-site, flexibility is top priority for us

Duration : Long term contract

Job duties & responsibilities

  • Technical Service assessing our customers labelling equipment, setting up labelling machines and making sure customers operate their labelling lines most efficiently.
  • Line assessments and qualifying new labelling applications
  • Troubleshooting and solving existing challenges on the lines together with the customers team
  • Operating various labelling machines (experience on main manufacturers required)
  • Train the operators on our customers line to handle our products properly and operate the labelling equipment in the best possible way
  • Properly document situation at the customer to do root-cause-analysis together with our technical team inside our factory

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a proven outstanding track record in the packaging industry.
  • Available to travel extensively, with a focus on Europe and potential for global assignments.
  • Experience with operating and troubleshooting various labelling machines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with customers’ teams.
  • Excellent training skills to educate operators on handling products and equipment.
  • Ability to document technical situations accurately for internal analysis.

  • Available on short notice.
  • IT equipment and a company car (including private usage) will be provided.
