Stellenbeschreibung

TASKS

We are looking for a hands-on, committed person to join our well-established team in the Purchasing department :

  • You are responsible for the on-time procurement of production materials - with a view to quality, price and delivery reliability, actively participate in audits and also support your team during absences
  • You always keep an eye on delivery dates and proactively inform the relevant departments and stakeholders in the event of delays
  • Maintaining supplier and article data in the ERP system is part of your daily business
  • You also keep track of supplier evaluations, framework agreements and invoice checking

PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree and already have several years of professional experience in purchasing, preferably in scheduling using ERP systems
  • You are confident and experienced with ERP systems, MS Office and Excel in particular
  • You also have a strong technical understanding and work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner
  • With your ability to work in a team and your good knowledge of German and English, you will be responsible for communicating with our internal and external contacts
