Intro Hoola is changing how brands interact with their customers, disrupting how two of the largest industries in commerce work (support + marketing). We empower eCommerce brands to build AI Agents that fully automate service conversations, while generating new marketing opportunities in the process. Our unique position stands on two core beliefs : Customer Experience is being reimagined. The separation of support + marketing will disappear - leading to a new single category of tools, powered by AI. Support data is normally lost - until now . Hoola scans all conversations for actionable insights (i.e. purchase intent) as well as relevant data to be used later in marketing (birthdays, preferences, etc) by the same AI agents. We're pioneering a new way forward for businesses to reach and support their customers and would love to have you onboard Tasks We have a ton of work to do, from projects at their inception to polishing of existing features. Here's some examples of the cool stuff you could work on : Working on our core internal messaging platform Building out AI Skills for ecommerce use cases Creation of entirely new channels + integrating with existing support solutions Work on our marketing Broadcast platform as well as adding new channels Add new features / nodes to our canvas based flowbuilder engine Setting up our public API + internal events system Add on entire sections to our analytics around revenue, AI resolution rates and more Requirements We’re using TypeScript across the board, and are using : Backend ⛷️Fastify Postgres / ScyllaDB / Redis NATS Frontend ️ Vue + Vuetify Vue Flow (Canvas) Benefits Joining a small team to heavily influence the product Exciting (and challenging) work, building the foundations of Hoola Work directly with the founders from our coworking space in the heart of Berlin Competitive package, we want you to have equity and share in Hoola's growth Closing Do you only meet some of the requirements?
