Your Tasks :
- Project Development : You manage renewable energy projects (PV & Wind), including full lifecycle responsibilities from origination, feasibility analysis, and development to construction and commissioning.
- Stakeholder Management : You negotiate contracts with landowners, collaborate with municipalities, external partners, and authorities, and act as a key contact point throughout the project.
- Economic, Technical and Regulatory Feasibility : You conduct financial and technical feasibility analyses, develop CAPEX / OPEX models, forecast ROI, and perform risk assessments to mitigate potential challenges (e.g., delays, technical risks, market fluctuations). You support and oversee environmental and building permit applications (e.g., BImSchG procedures) and guide projects through regulatory processes.
- External Coordination and Site Oversight : You oversee and assess external reports, manage suppliers, consultants, and contractors, and conduct on-site visits to project locations to ensure adherence to quality, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Internal Collaboration and Reporting : You collaborate with internal teams during implementation phases to align project milestones with strategic priorities. Also, you document project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including detailed risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
