Job Summary Centric is seeking a detail-driven, hands-on Senior International Accountant to join our dynamic and collaborative global accounting team.

This high-impact role centers on core general ledger (GL) responsibilities and international entity management, supporting our rapid growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings robust experience in end-to-end GL accounting, a proactive mindset, and strong growth potential.

Success in this role hinges on thorough compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and Centric's internal policies across our international operations Key Responsibilities Manage month-end close for international entities (mainly German entities), including : Journal entries, accruals, amortizations Fixed assets, prepaids, and intercompany transactions Perform cash reconciliations and ensure timely, accurate journal entry bookings under policy and controls Deliver compliant financial reporting aligned with local GAAP, IFRS, and internal corporate standards Prepare and review monthly / quarterly / annual financial statements across international subsidiaries Lead account reconciliations and proactively resolve discrepancies Partner with external auditors and local accounting firms on statutory audits and tax filings Serve as the primary contact for local finance matters and international compliance Identify and implement process improvements through automation and workflow standardization Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred 5–7 years of hands-on GL accounting experience : cash recon, fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations At least 2 years supporting international operations Deep knowledge of IFRS and / or German GAAP Proficiency in Datev a nd / or Abacus  or large-scale ERP systems; knowledge with NetSuite, Coupa and advanced Excel a plus Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Demonstrated growth potential, adaptability, and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment Fluency in German, English; other language skills welcome Experience working across multicultural, cross-functional teams   Centric Software provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, color, age, religion, protected veteran or disability status or genetic information.
