With us, you can take off and unleash your full potential, because our -month international trainee program has a lot to offer. In addition to individual placement planning, an assignment abroad, cross-departmental collaboration, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself further and build an extensive network within the company. Towards the end of the program, you will work with your fellow trainees on a strategic project, which you’ll present to the management. You can then look forward to your first permanent position in one of our teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Start :  As an International Trainee with a focus on Commercial Sales, you will start on May 1st, 5. Your journey begins with an extensive onboarding : You will spend your first day with your HR business partner and our other new trainees. You will then move to your first station. Here you will get to know your colleagues as well as your buddy and mentor and work on your first tasks and projects.
• Procedure :   You actively shape your -month trainee program : Choose from positions in Sales Germany, such as Key Account Management or International Sales, where you can work in the international pricing team, for example. Or choose stations in related national and international departments or non-specialist teams. By contributing your ideas, you actively support the further development of our company. You can support us in the evaluation and implementation of AI to improve and support our existing processes and tools. Through additional short assignments in production, field service or similar, you will gain further valuable insights. Would you also like to get a taste of the Oetker Group? • Future :  Through various assignments lasting four to twelve weeks and responsibilities in daily business as well as in projects, you will prepare yourself for your future as a professional, project manager or potential executive with us.
• International assignment :  During an international assignment lasting four to six months, you will get to know one of our subsidiaries, expand your network and gain an even better understanding beyond our headquarter. You will decide on the location together with your contact person and our subsidiaries.
• We support you :  As part of our trainee community, you have the chance to take part in selected trainings to build on your strengths. You benefit from the network and experience of your mentor, at management level, and your buddy. By the way, you always start together in a group of new trainees.
