About The Role
We are expanding our client services team across Europe and as a result we are now looking for one Account Executive / Junior Account Manager to join our team in either Poland or Germany. This is a permanent position which can be based remotely / working from home with infrequent travel needed. Our client offices are based in Verden and Munich so there will be infrequent travel to meet with them but some ideal locations to be based or near are Verden Hamburg Dusseldorf and Hannover or eventually Munich (and surrounding areas)
As our Account Executive / Junior Account Manager you will be responsible for the operational support of the 2D / Flatpack Temporary Display contract for a strategic regional retail account. You will be playing a key part in ensuring the endtoend process is fully supported and managed whilst delivering exceptional administration through the smooth and efficient of all POS / Point of Sale and Display campaigns. You will provide operational support to the client copackers warehouses and retailers.
Some daytoday responsibilities :
- Managing multicampaigns / multi job projects be client facing with multiple service elements project managing from taking the brief to ensuring the deliverables.
- Liaise with all stakeholders such as copackers retailers suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of goods to warehouses and / or retailers.
- Supports catalogue compliance and actively looks for opportunities to further improve TCO savings.
- Planning and cost management of POS and 2 / 3D Temporary Display campaigns.
- Provides technical and operational support to the client(s) stakeholders.
- Escalate when vendors underperform or have issues.
- Work with suppliers to ensure critical path schedules are being met and shared.
- Assist the Account Team leader in the development of operational and commercial strategies.
