Requirements
You are the ideal candidate if you have :
- Several years of experience (at least 5) as a project manager / project leader in an agency or a comparable environment
- In-depth knowledge of web development, ideally with TYPO3, as well as a basic technical understanding
- The ability to take the perspective of our customers and identify the business value of online services.
- Stress resistance, a high level of personal responsibility and the ability to act calmly and solution-oriented in hectic situations
- Excellent communication skills - you can convince both technically and non-technically experienced stakeholders
- Enjoy working with developers and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience with classic project structures and agile project methods (e.g. Scrum)
- An analytical, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- You have at least C1 German language skills
- Your profile is rounded off with the following character traits :
- You are assertive, decisive and can give clear instructions in order to drive projects forward efficiently.
- At the same time, you are characterized by high precision, analytical skills and an eye for detail to ensure that projects are implemented technically flawlessly.
