Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer

Installation and Maintenance : Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC Systems.

Testing and Inspection : Conduct regular testing and inspection of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and relevant codes. Complete necessary documentation and reports accurately.

Fault Diagnosis and Repair : Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve faults in HVAC systems, using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques. Carry out repairs and replacements as necessary to ensure uninterrupted functionality.

Preventive Maintenance : Carry out planned preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime, increase system reliability, and extend the lifespan of HVAC systems. Create and maintain maintenance schedules.

Compliance and Safety : Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Comply with all regulations, codes, and standards to ensure safety and minimize risks. Report any hazards or incidents promptly.

Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with other team members, contractors, and clients to achieve project goals and customer satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required. Documentation and

Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, work orders, and equipment inventory. Ensure that relevant documentation and records are up to date.

Requirements :

• Strong Electrical & HVAC experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when required
• Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations about maintenance activities
• Must be prepared to work out of hours when required
• Have good communication and organization skills
• Have a positive 'can do' attitude
• Ability to work on own or as part of a team
