Join and be part of an environment where learning and growth are constant!What you can look forward to every day : You will support the team in resolving technical questions and / or problems for end users by communicating with the IT teams at various locations. You will configure and update workstations. You will handle incidents and improvements related to infrastructure, networks, and applications. You will assist in managing our applications and, if needed, take responsibility for selected systems. Complex issues will be escalated to higher support levels by you. You will contribute to the ongoing optimization and documentation of our system landscape and IT service processes. You will take on tasks in various internal IT projects. What you bring to the table : Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualifications. Initial experience in first-level support and an interest in IT infrastructure is desirable. Knowledge of common Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 7 / 10 / 11). Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems (Windows / / ). Basic knowledge of Linux. Understanding of Windows networks and network protocols. Strong customer service and client-oriented mindset. A proactive attitude and the drive for continuous improvement. Ability to collaborate with different levels of the organization and various people. Excellent German and good English skills.
