Qualifications :

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or economics with a focus on informatics or comparable training with relevant professional experience
• Experience in managing service providers ideally also for complex IT services e.g. in the cloud environment incl. escalation management
• Extensive knowledge of project and process management tools and methods
• Professional experience in IT service management IT provider management or comparable function with experience in dealing with IT outsourcing contracts
• Experience in managing projects related to key performance indicators and processes from analysis to realization or implementation
• Strategic structured way of working as well as negotiating skills and a high degree of assertiveness
• IT affinity with strong consulting and problemsolving skills as well as analytical and business understanding
• Good knowledge of German and English both written and spoken
