Serve as the primary point of contact for employees experiencing IT issues, offering prompt and effective solutions. Continuously monitor desktop infrastructure performance, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency. Evaluate, create, and develop innovative IT solutions tailored to the industrial sector. Develop and implement industry-specific standards while contributing to IT concepts for industrial environments. Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and device issues reported by users. Manage the installation, configuration, and usability of desktop hardware and software. Offer support for standard client technologies, including basic troubleshooting of exchange and management of directory accounts). Troubleshoot and resolve PC connectivity issues, including network components like ISP circuits, wireless equipment, switches, firewalls, and telephone systems.
