Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting :

Experienced Lawyer – IP / IT

Your role :

You will join a team a highly skilled legal professionals who are experts in their fields. You will quickly have direct involvement in a variety of legal cases under the guidance of senior team members. Your tasks will include :

Advise clients on technology, artificial intelligence (AI), media and telecommunications law on matters related to software, digital business, e-commerce, platform, cybersecurity and cyber-resilience ;

Guide clients through their compliance with the applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations ;

Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (such as licensing agreements, SaaS contracts, service agreements, etc.);

Advise on the protection, registration and enforcement of intellectual property rights (particularly within the technology sector);

Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings related to TMT, data protection and IP laws;

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to address complex legal challenges;

After an initial onboarding period, you will assist in guiding and training junior lawyers within the team and more generally, you will be involved in organising work and will contribute to foster knowledge sharing;

You will be required to manage your files with increasing autonomy.

Your profile :

You hold a university degree (Bac + 5) in law (preferably completed in two countries including France or Belgium);

You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of IP law, data protection and new technologies;

You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. German would be considered an important advantage;

Your intellectual agility and analytical mind combined with your excellent legal knowledge are your strongest assets;

You give your best in a work environment where the subject matter is varied and constantly evolving.
