Requirements :

• We look for candidates who possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field. Ideally, you should have deep and comprehensive knowledge and experience in software development, along with subject matter leadership of development teams. A proven track record in consulting and managing transformation projects, as well as advising on strategy development in Tech, is essential. You should have comprehensive expertise in large-scale IT transformation projects and complex IT landscapes at both company and corporate levels. Familiarity with Tech trends such as AI, DevOps, and cloud computing is advantageous, as is proven experience leading cross-functional project teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, including professional fluency in English. The ability to simplify and convey complex topics to diverse audiences is important; knowledge of German is an advantage. We appreciate candidates with a proactive and analytical mindset, coupled with a passion for problem-solving and innovation.

Responsibilities :

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing modern IT architectures by applying your expertise in cloud computing, microservices, and legacy systems. You will own the design and implementation of IT strategies and solutions that align with our business objectives. Leading cross-functional project teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to deliver IT solutions that address complex challenges will be part of your role. You will pilot and implement new technologies, such as AI, to enhance our organizations technological capabilities and competitiveness. Additionally, you will support M&A activities by conducting Technical Due Diligence to ensure the technical soundness of proposed transactions. Facilitating workshops and creating decision-making materials to communicate technical concepts to executives and stakeholders will also be a key aspect of your job. Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies and providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to the organization will be expected.
