Key Responsibilities :
Leadership and Management : Oversee the technical and disciplinary management of your shift, ensuring smooth operations and high team performance.
Operational Oversight : Monitor picking, replenishment, and loading processes to maintain efficiency and accuracy in order fulfillment.
Scheduling and Planning : Implement effective shift and holiday planning to ensure optimal staffing and resource allocation.
Team Development : Train and mentor new team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Issue Resolution : Handle complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and internal harmony.
Qualifications :
Educational Background : Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or substantial relevant experience in logistics.
Dependability : Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and a strong team spirit.
Physical Fitness : Maintain physical fitness and resilience to meet the demands of the role.
Cultural Competence : Ability to interact with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and openness to different languages and traditions.
Flexibility : Willingness to work weekends and shifts as required.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in PC skills, including Windows and MS Office. A forklift license is a plus.
Language Proficiency : Fluent in spoken and written German (C1 level or above).
