This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic team and contribute to the marketing activities for Central Europe, with a strong focus on print materials. As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating the creation, production, and distribution of print marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting broader marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for organisation, project coordination, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a leading medical device company. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality print communications.

This role is offered as a 6-month limited contract, with potential for extension.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Print Material Coordination : Coordinate the lifecycle of print marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.) including reviewing global materials and adopting to the local consumer market.
• Localization & Translation : Coordinate localization of marketing materials for Central Europe, including occasional English-to-German translation and proofreading.
• Brand Compliance : Ensure all print materials adhere to brand guidelines and regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams to understand marketing needs and deliver print solutions.
• Administrative Support : Maintain organized records for print projects and vendors.
• Other Marketing Tasks : Undertake additional related tasks as needed.
