Supply Chain Coordinator (m / f / x) – FMCG

location : greater Bonn area

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our German team as a Supply Chain Coordinator in the Fresh Food industry. You will work in our logistic supplier facility. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain process.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end supply chain process in our logistician supplier facility (Third Party Logistic 3PL), including procurement and distribution.
• Make sure to maintain and update accurate records of inventory levels, sales and forecasts.
• Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules and resolve any supply issues.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement, such as reducing costs and lead times. Evaluate supplier performance.
• Coordinate with central logistic team, central planning team and supplier warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
• Generate and analyze reports on supply chain metrics, such as inventory turnover, fill rate, and on-time delivery.
• Support the implementation of new systems or processes to streamline supply chain operations.
• Proactively identify potential risks by conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and identify disruptions in the supply chain and develop contingency plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with our supplier and with internal stakeholders, such as sales administration team, demand planner team, sales team, to ensure alignment and meet business objectives.
