Your mission UCANEO is seeking a skilled (Junior) Testing Engineer to join our Technical Development Team, contributing to the scaling and optimization of our innovative direct air capture technology.You will focus on data acquisition, lab activities, and testing protocols to support both lab and industrial-scale projects. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in designing testing procedures and ensuring data accuracy for process improvement. Key points : Design and build testing stations at both lab and industrial scale. Develop and implement test protocols tailored to project needs and safety standards. Maintain strict adherence to safety guidelines during all testing activities. Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to provide actionable insights for process improvement. Prepare detailed and comprehensive test reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine testing methods and address technical challenges. Your profile Skills and Experience : Technical diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or certification in Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. 1+ years of hands-on experience in a laboratory setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
