We are seeking the talents of a Logistics Project Manager (M / F) to contribute to the next chapter of Sézane’s journey. You will contribute to performance improvement (costs, quality, lead times, CSR) of Logistics Operations at our new Hanover Logistics hub.  The position is based in Hanover, Germany.

Your missions will be the following :

• Conduct an assessment of the current situation (audits, diagnostics)
• Ensure competitive and technological monitoring;
• Identify and analyze needs, prioritizing them based on customer impact, ROI, and complexity;
• Create a functional specification document (context, objectives, stakeholders, budget, deadlines, competitive analysis, etc.);
• Prepare the project by creating a roadmap that includes key dates for the various project phases;
• Plan actions and coordinate the different stakeholders to ensure deadlines and objectives are met;
• Provide regular reporting to Logistics Director and COO throughout the project;
• Oversee the transition to the operational phase of the project : organize testing phases;
• Train future users;
• Ensure that the project meets expectations (deadlines, costs, results post-operational implementation);
• Keeping all the associated documentation updated in a timely manner;
• Additionally, you will act as the on-site liaison for the Europe Logistics Director (based in Paris), tasked with overseeing the contractual logistics service (costs, quality, deadlines).
