ABOUT THE JOB | Your responsibilities

• Join our dynamic Compliance team and actively contribute to achieving key regulatory goals
• Develop analytical skills to identify suspicious activities or transactions
• Collaborate on daily surveillance and reporting tasks, focusing on name screening, payment screening, transaction monitoring, high risk payments, and escalating issues to the authorities when needed
• Prepare first drafts of key communications to regulatory authorities such as Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs), Terrorist Financing Activity Reports (TFARs), ordonnances, MyGuichet queries – all from an AML / CTF perspectives
• Engage in ongoing due diligence exercises, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within set timelines
• Get involved in regulatory projects, such as gap analysis and the implementation of IT solutions and new processes related to AML / CTF
• Provide valuable feedback on existing processes, continuously contributing to efficiency and overall improvements
• Assist in preparing annual mandatory reports
• Work closely with internal and external auditors, helping to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
