What you can expect :

• You work autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment alongside PMs, UX / UI designers, developers, marketing experts, and other stakeholders.
• You support the discovery phase by analyzing raw user engagement and interaction data across all HSE digital touchpoints (webshop and native apps).
• You validate product team solutions by planning and analyzing A / B tests, and transforming data into valuable insights through deep dives or dashboards to optimize customer experience and increase revenue.
• You query web tracking raw data and integrate it with additional sources such as historical data from our DWH.
• You will work with the following tools : Snowflake, AWS Athena, PowerBI Datasets, Amplitude, Tealium, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Excel, Confluence, Jira, Mural, MS Office, Slack and Teams
• You prepare and present analytics insights for a variety of audiences through reports and presentations.
• You contribute to data science projects that help better understand and target our customers.
• You act as a sparring partner for digital analytics experts, ensuring that tracking specifications align with business and analysis needs.
