Your Responsibilities | Corporate – CoSec – Management – Finance – Fiduciary
- Initially, you will also have operational responsibilities , gradually transitioning to a managerial role where you will oversee and review work without managing your own portfolio.
- You will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio composed of AIFs in both Private Equity and Real Estate.
- You will ensure corporate governance for the portfolio, including incorporations, annual account approvals, and liquidations, as well as all steps in between of course.
- You will maintain direct contact with clients and lead board meetings.
- You will draft and review legal documents such as resolutions, agreements, and contracts.
