This position reports to
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
As Account Manager you are responsible for the incoming orders / sales budget, while adhering to the price guidelines. This includes the organization and planning of measures to increase incoming orders / sales new customers and the introduction of new products and systems.
- Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively.
- Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources.
- Planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participating in the negotiation of key contracts.
