YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take full strategic and operational responsibility for the development, enhancement, and positioning of products in the field of plasma and microwave technology.
- Monitor market trends and identify customer needs to generate innovative product ideas and plan their implementation.
- Work closely with R&D, production, sales, and marketing teams to drive successful product development.
- Develop detailed product roadmaps and specifications, ensuring clear communication across the company.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to market launch and beyond.
- Conduct competitor analyses and develop strategies for the successful market positioning of our products.
- Actively support product marketing, develop key selling points, and participate in customer presentations.
