Aufgaben Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness on TikTok and Instagram Create (write, produce, shoot, edit) video content for Frischblatt's social media accounts Create and schedule social media posts across various platforms Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities Collaborate with the founding team to develop creative content ideas Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms Qualifikation Currently studying or recently completed studies in business, marketing, or a related field Strong interest in social media marketing and digital content creation Proficiency in using social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc Excellent written communication skills in German with a keen eye for detail (proofreading) Experience with video editing tools to create Instagram Reels and TikToks
