YOUR MISSION :

  • Develop and implement regional strategy
  • Define and manage the BVS budget in the region
  • Manage the Regional P&L account
  • Overseeing the work of the local BVS employees and subcontractors
  • Represent BVS M&O within the M&O zone and in front of clients
  • Provide oversight along the execution of the projects in order to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor performance indicators in the region

YOUR SKILLS :

  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  • English language is essential.
  • Availability to travel within the region
  • Experience in engineering advisory services in marine and / or offshore sector
  • Business management skills and commercial management experience
  • Project Management experience in maritime and / or offshore industries
  • P&L management experience
  • Experience in working in global organization and diverse environment
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Multitasking and ability to prioritize
  • Organized and structured thinking
