What to expect :

You establish and optimize predictive project management

As a project coach, you advise and support the project managers with your technical expertise

Proactively and continuously optimize processes, PM methods and tools to improve work results

You actively contribute your project management knowledge to PMO-relevant projects and work together with the project manager to ensure the success of the project

You ensure well-founded project setups, monitor PMO-relevant projects and, if necessary, support their project management in the implementation of decisions / measures and establish consistent opportunity and risk management

What you bring along :

Successfully completed studies (business informatics, computer science, electrical engineering, natural sciences) or comparable training

Several years of practical experience in project management (ideally in the defense industry)

Ideally PM certification (e.g. IPMA Level C / D or Scrum Master)

Ideally experience in dealing with common agile and classic project management methods and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Ideally basic commercial knowledge

Strong communication skills and assertiveness

Committed and independent way of working

Organizational skills and ability to work in a team

Very good knowledge of German and English
