StellenbeschreibungBachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment. In-depth knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards and experience in developing and implementing QMS. Proven experience leading and managing a team of quality professionals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive productivity improvements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation. Certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean, or other relevant quality management certifications are highly desirable. Proficiency in German on a professional level is a must.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet and exceed ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
- Ensure all quality processes and procedures are documented, maintained, and followed consistently across the organisation.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with QMS requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Directly lead and manage a team of six quality engineers and technicians, providing mentor ship, training, and development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organisation.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency within the production process, working closely with the Plant Manager and production teams.
- Implement quality control measures and best practices to minimise waste and reduce production costs while maintaining high standards of product quality.
- Drive initiatives to streamline processes, reduce variability, and enhance overall production performance.
