For our Business Unit Sugar Beet at  KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA , we are currently looking for a Laboratory Employee in Seed Quality Control (m / f / d).  The position is unlimited  and is to be filled on a full-time basis. The workplace is located in Einbeck , Southern Lower Saxony.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Sample processing for quality control of sugar beet samples.
  • Setting up and evaluating quality tests for sugar beet seeds, such as germination tests.
  • Conducting rapid quality tests, including purity and crack tests.
  • Transporting sample boxes weighing several kilograms.
  • Seed sample storage in storeroom area.
  • Providing support in all areas of seed quality control as needed.
  • Competent handling of data recording devices.

Your Profile :

  • Completed vocational training in agriculture, agronomy, or a similar field.
  • Laboratory experience in the production sector is an advantage.
  • Ideally, experience in seed testing.
  • Confident with MS Office.
  • Good communication skills in German; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Independent and reliable working style, team spirit, and a high level of responsibility.
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to work occasionally on weekend.
