Für unsere Arbeitsgruppe Physiologie und Pathologie des Ionentransports (Prof. Thomas Jentsch) suchen wir eine wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft für folgende Tätigkeit in unserem Labor in Berlin-Buch :
Genotypisierung von Mausgewebe (DNA-Extraktion + PCR)
bei Kapazität und Bedarf ggf. weitere Laborarbeiten)

Von Vorteil wären :
- Laborerfahrung
- Grundkenntnisse molekularbiologischer Methoden
- sorgfältige Arbeitsweise. Es erfolgt in jedem Falle eine gründliche Einführung in die spezifischeMethode, sowie Anleitung durch feste Ansprechpartnerinnen im Labor.
Wir streben an die Stelle mit mind. 10h / Woche zu besetzen. Gern bereits ab November 2023.
Vertragslaufzeit zunächst 3 Monate mit angestrebter Verlängerung um weitere 6 Monate.

For our research group „Physiology and Pathology of Ion Transport“ (Prof. Thomas Jentsch) we are looking for a student helper for the following work in our laboratory in Berlin-Buch :
Genotyping of mouse tissue (DNA extraction + PCR)
And further laboratory work, in case of capacity and demand.)

Of advantage :
In any case, there will be a thorough introduction to the specific method, as well as guidance by fixed contact persons in the laboratory.
We aim to fill the position with at least 10 working hours / week. Preferably already from November 2023. The contract will initially run for 3 months with the aim of extending it by a further 6 months.
