About The Position

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join the Quality team. You will take an active part in promoting quality achievements and performance improvement throughout the site.

Responsibilities
- Execute product quality testing, addressing all phases of product development and manufacturing.
- Incoming goods inspection planning and Execution according to plan.
- Accompanying and executing quality tests and checks alongside the technical staff.
- Laboratory analysis and production release.
- Management of calibration for measuring devices.
- Identify and supervise the execution of relevant quality assurance-related training needs for the production team.
- MRB - Management and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislations, such as ISO 9001, IATF16949, VDA, while setting them up and maintaining control and documentation procedures in accordance.
- Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports to improve quality. Participation in audits.
- Data collection and preparation for COAs / COCs.
- Member of the cross-functional team for automotive core tools (, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc.).
- Process owner for all quality assurance processes.
- Establish standards and clearly defined quality methods for the owned processes.
- Risk owner for all quality assurance risks.
