What do you contribute?

• In our modern rail vehicles, smooth functioning of a wide variety of subsystems (e.g. passenger information, video surveillance, information and entertainment system) is necessary so that the overall system also functions without malfunction - as a software engineer (f / m / d) for integration, you will help to integrate, analyse and validate the solutions required for this.
• To do this, you will integrate various software solutions into the train operator system (consisting, for example, of IP network, passenger information system, video surveillance, etc.).
• You will plan and coordinate the integration tests.
• You are the main contact person for the integration / development interface for our Commuter Rail projects.
• You will validate the functionality of the train operator system on the basis of self-created, manual or automated test cases and evaluate the test results in the context of cross-system interfaces, including documentation in the test management system.
• Furthermore, you will accompany the error analyses together with the development team on our laboratory test benches and directly on the vehicle.
