Your tasks

Are you a skilled Research Technician (m / f / d) with experience in protein purification? Do you thrive in a collaborative, cutting-edge scientific environment? Great! Because we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dynamic research setting focused on native protein purification from human sources.

Your key responsibilities :

• You perform protein purification using techniques such as affinity chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, ion exchange and hydrophobic interaction chromatography.
• You prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, buffers and equipment for experiments.
• You troubleshoot and optimize purification protocols to achieve high-quality, high-yield protein isolation.
• You analyze protein purity and concentration using SDS-PAGE, Western blotting and spectrophotometric methods.
• You maintain detailed and accurate laboratory notebooks and prepare reports.
• You assist in designing and executing experiments in collaboration with senior researchers and project leads.
• You ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines in the laboratory.
