Delivery Systems and Services (DS&S) platform provides GASGUARD specialty gas delivery equipment, CHEMGUARD liquid chemical equipment, Polyflow slurry delivery and Part Clean / Carrier Clean equipment and associated turnkey installation and services to Versum customers. This position is accountable for providing technical and aftermarket support for Delivery Systems & Services (DS&S) offerings including GASGUARD®, ChemGuard®, and Polyflow equipment products for the Americas and Europe with an initial focus on the GASGUARD®, ChemGuard®, Product line of equipment. This position will be integrated into the North America and Europe Sales Team and will mainly provide support to the Sales Engineers in these regions. The Technical Sales Specialist will manage the sales efforts of order execution, spare parts, retrofits and services as well as handling customer complaints, warranty and services issues for our customers based in these regions. Who You Are : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other High Tech Field3+ years of project and / or commercial experienceTechnical knowledge and understanding of electronics specialty gas / chem equipment design and operationKnowledge of SAP Ability to present data and can communicate professionally and effectively with Sales Team and CustomersAbility to influence the cross functional team; ability to close Action Items and meet target deadlinesAbility to inspire the confidence of Management and Customers in correspondence and reaction to problemsSelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple problems at one time
