Stellenbeschreibung

Your mission

As IT Infrastructure / DevOps Lead you will become both technical lead and people lead for our internal IT department which currently consists of three circles : IT Infrastructure DevOps and Shared Compute. This is a hybrid role where you will take on management and strategic responsibilities while also staying hands-on in implementation alongside our full-time system administrator and DevOps engineers. You will oversee operational tactical and strategic aspects of IT and actively shape the department to enable ImFusions continued success.

Oversee and evolve the IT department currently structured into :

IT Infrastructure Circle : responsible for IT infrastructure networking security and backup

DevOps Circle : responsible for automation and CI / CD infrastructure

Shared Compute Circle : responsible for our GPU compute cluster

Lead and mentor a team of direct reports; oversee their performance well-being professional growth and onboarding

Stay close to technology : contribute to hands-on implementation troubleshooting and optimization

Ensure sufficient resources for your department hire top talent and grow the team as needed

Develop and execute IT roadmaps aligned with business and engineering goals

Establish and maintain robust security reliability and scalability standards

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT enables smooth operations and innovation across the company

Your profile

5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure DevOps and / or GPU compute clusters

3 years of experience in technical and people leadership

Strong communication skills with both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders

Proactive mindset with an understanding of the needs of a growing software company

Eager to continuously learn and expand your skills in both technology and its application domains

Professional working proficiency in English German is a plus

Based in or near Munich with the ability to work on-site part-time
