HCM system certifications (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Workday Oracle HCM) are highly desirable. 5 years of experience in HR technology HRIS or digital HR transformation roles.
HR Technology Expertise Deep understanding of HCM systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Workday Oracle HCM) and their implementation configuration and optimization.
ProblemSolving & DecisionMaking Strong analytical skills to assess system issues and develop effective solutions.
Business & IT Alignment Ability to act as a bridge between HR and IT translating business needs into technical requirements.
